We are a family run surveying business in Bangor, Co. Down. We cover Bangor, Ards & North Down and further afield. We offer detailed property condition surveys and take pride in getting to know our clients and understanding their concerns about their new home.  As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) our goal is to represent you – not the bank, not the estate agent, not the seller.

We work closely with your solicitor and will often identify legal issues at the property, (unapproved extensions, removed walls and other modifications) that won't have been spotted without a professional visiting the property.

You’ll typically have a 15 min look around with the estate agent. A professional survey could let you know more about what you’re about to buy and any major defects. You may even be able to negotiate a better price.
